如果扩展没有显示、字幕无法加载、播放器按钮失效、学习规则没有生效、SC 记录没有出现、问号榜接口不可用，或 B站一起看无法连接，请联系 support@leaper.one。

请在邮件中提供

• 扩展名称和版本、Edge 或 Chrome 版本，以及操作系统。
• 出问题的 Bilibili 页面类型，例如视频、直播、个人主页或搜索页；不要发送 Cookie、token、API key 或完整 query/hash。
• 可复现步骤、页面上看到的错误和发生时间。
• 如果是字幕 AI、BYOK 或 B站一起看，请说明你使用的是平台服务、自定义接口还是自建 WebSocket；不要在邮件中发送密钥。

隐私说明见 扩展隐私说明。可用的备注、缓存、令牌或房间清理操作以对应扩展的实际界面为准；SC 记录板的历史位于 Bilibili 站点数据中，需要使用记录板清理功能或删除该站点数据。第三方服务中的数据需要通过该服务自己的支持或隐私入口处理。
